Tom married the proverbial rancher’s daughter and moved into a fourth generation family of ranchers. His commercial real estate specialty of land, ranches and country property is practiced with an empirical skill set of the business investment potential of land. He spent twenty years with San Francisco Opera as a marketing executive and holds two graduate degrees in Communications.
He moved west from New York City when he finished undergraduate school and become involved in real estate in 2002. His understanding of commercial land and its multiple uses include the business zoning for agriculture for equestrian ranches and cattle ranches, septic systems for land and estate homes, mineral rights, water rights, tax exemptions of the Williamston Act, water diversion rights and riparian rights.
As his grandfather said, and Mark Twain before him, ͞Land… they’re not making any more of it.͟ He understands real estate investment for recreation, sub-divisions, senior/low income housing, and country property for vineyards, estates and ranches from firsthand experience. He has a straightforward understanding of agri-business standards.
His concern for the sustainability of country property and its’ resources have provided him the understanding of the strategic parceling of land to optimize its value. He knows how to advise his clients with what it’s the best and most efficient use of it land.
